What a great "hole in the wall" My husband and I stopped in on a whim while visiting the area from Boston. We were running early to a later engagement and decided to stop for a drink. The locals, the bar, the staff everything about this bar was amazing. We had a great night, needless to say we missed our plans we had later on.
Dive Bar theme but only by looks.. The drinks are great, beer is cold, service is nice and friendly. The customers are friendly and it really seems like a backwoods "Cheers".. I know that sounds strange, but everyone knows everyone and if your new, your not the outcast. As far as food, they don't have a kitchen yet but they serve Pizza. As of now, it's really just a drink place.. However.. Crawfish Season! Every Saturday they offer FREE CRAWFISH with purchase of drinks..(during season) Their crawfish is hands down one of the BEST I have had.. You come for drinks, you get rewarded with great crawfish.. Anyways, it's a good place to hang out. Friendly people, safe environment..And if your traveling far, hotel rooms in the area are priced nice! Trust me!
We had a good time here. It was a karaoke night and pretty entertaining. Friendly crowd. The place was packed so we had to stand in the back. We had to go to the bar to order each time because no servers were coming around. Not sure if this is the norm or they were just short-staffed.
Good music sometimes, good service & good shots. Just be careful of the pot holes in the parking lot!
I really like it here. Lots of dart boards and always something going on here any day of the week I’ve popped in. Good Time Charlie runs a great karaoke and lots of tourneys on darts and pool. Drinks are super cheap. Might be time to let go of the Dixie flag on the ceiling but other than that its sweeeeeeeeet!
Great live music, fun nights of karaoke, beautiful women (usually), cold beer, fun bartenders, and it's a definite hole in the wall sort of place... and yeah; that's a great thing.
Just don't stare too hard when your beautiful bartender bends down a bit too far for that beer you ordered.
The no square lounge has been a hit for many of years. Regardless of being square or not, take a trip with your loved or unloved ones and you will find your path. The people make everything special especially if you like crayons and are indeed special yourself.
Tuesday $2 domestic bottles and karaoke... If your really lucky you might catch a firework or 2 out back on the volley ball court, after the sun goes down!
